Science questions for today:

Why is it important to do cardiovascular exercise?

Define target heart rate.

Why do you get sore after some exercising, but not after others?

The difference between anaerobic and aerobic exercise?

List as many aerobic and anaerobic exercises as possible.

Explain the difference between high and low impact aerobics.

We will look at the “100-meter dash” and “marathon.”

Which race is faster?
Which race takes longer?
Which race requires more energy in a shorter period of time?
Which race requires more energy over a longer period of time?
