In this history class we reviewed the Christmas myth.
We learned about Christmas Myths from around the world. The Origins of Christmas was looked at. Charlie Browns Christmas 30 minute episode will be screened. Discussion will consist of the modern commercial elements of holidays and their original roots. Students will on one page create their own holiday with their own unique elements similar to the Christmas celebrated today such as gifts, trees, lights etc only these will be switched to their own ideas.
