HFA4M Unit 3 Multimedia Project
Students are required to research a specific Bacteria and Foodborne Illness and create a multimedia presentation 5-10 minutes in length.
Format:
Your project should include the following:
A general background on what foodborne illnesses are.
What are the causes of your specific illness?
What are the symptoms of the illness?
How is it diagnosed?
What kind of precautions are to be taken to prevent the illnesss?
Describe policies necessary to protect the health and safety of food producers.
Are there specific cases regarding this illness?
Use visuals and have an interesting handout for your classmates.
Topics for your research assignment – choose one of the following:

Directions for Oral Presentation:
